Cocktail of the week - "White Negroni"
Gin, Vermouth and Campari are the perfect ingredients for a classic aperitif: the Negroni. The cocktail, which dates back to the 1920's, is named after Count Camillo Negroni, who asked his bartender to strengthen his “Americano” by adding gin rather than the usual soda water.
This week, we have given it a twist, opting for a white distilled liqueur with soft, floral and aromatic notes instead of the classic Campari. The White Negroni cocktail is light in colour, delicate in flavour and perfect for starting the evening with your friends.
